Ladies Doubles 2007 - Won by: Karen Rolfe & Joanna Hale 7 - 6, 4 - 6, (11 - 9)
The ladies doubles was between Karen Rolfe & Joanna Hale and Sharyn Assimakopoulos & Pat May. The first set was closely fought and went to a tie-break which was won by Karen and Joanna 7 - 4. Sharyn and Pat fought back to take the second set 6 - 4, which took them to a Championship tie-break to decide the match. Karen and Joanna raced ahead to 6 - 1 but Sharyn and Pat got second wind and took the score to 7 - 7, but in the end the consistency shown by Karen and Joanna won them the tie-break 11 - 9 and thus the match.The draw for 2008 will be posted at the end of April.
